1. Who owns the website after the project is completed?
Once full payment has been received, the customer becomes the full owner of the website, including the source code, content, branding, and intellectual property rights.


2. How long does it take to complete a website project?
The website is typically completed within 2 to 8 weeks, depending on the timely submission of content, approvals, customer cooperation, and payment schedule.


3. Will I receive full access to my hosting account and cPanel?
Yes. Full access can be granted upon customer request after project completion.


4. What happens if I request full cPanel or server access?
Once full access is granted, any modifications made by the customer or third parties become the customer's responsibility. Certain support and warranty coverage may be limited if issues arise from those modifications.


5. Does MABO Technology provide domain and hosting services?
Yes. MABO Technology can manage your domain and hosting as part of an annual maintenance service.


6. What is the annual renewal cost for hosting and domain services?
The current maintenance fee is USD 200 per year, which includes hosting and domain renewal services.


7. What payment terms apply to new projects?
A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is payable upon project completion and delivery.


8. When will my project start?
Development work will commence once the initial deposit has been received.


9. Can I request changes after the website has been delivered?
Yes. Additional changes can be requested through a Variation Order. Additional charges may apply depending on the scope of the requested changes.


10. Can I redesign the website after delivery?
Yes. However, major design modifications or layout changes may require a separate quotation and additional development work.


11. How long is the warranty period?
All website projects include a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery.


12. What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers website bugs, system errors, and minor modifications such as adding links or making basic colour and theme adjustments.


13. Does the warranty cover new features or custom enhancements?
No. New features, additional modules, or major modifications requested after project completion are not covered under the warranty.


14. Is MABO Technology responsible for hacking incidents or data loss?
MABO Technology implements security measures and best practices, but cannot be held responsible for hacking incidents, data loss, business losses, or third-party actions beyond its control.


15. Does MABO Technology guarantee business profits or sales?
No. MABO Technology provides website development and consultation services only. Business performance, marketing success, pricing, and profitability remain the responsibility of the website owner.


16. How will I receive my completed website?
Website access credentials, administrator login details, and relevant project documents will be delivered via email after full payment has been received.


17. Can I move my website to another hosting provider?
Yes. As the full owner of the website, you are free to transfer your website to another hosting provider if desired.


18. Is MABO Technology my business partner?
No. MABO Technology acts solely as a website development and technology service provider and has no ownership or partnership rights in your business unless otherwise agreed in writing.


19. Is customer support included after delivery?
Yes. Customers receive after-sales support and access to the customer service system during the active warranty period.


20. What happens if the final payment is delayed?
MABO Technology reserves the right to suspend certain services, delay project delivery, or take further action as outlined in the agreement until full payment has been received.


21. Will I receive the website source code?
Yes. Upon full payment and project completion, the customer receives full ownership of the website, including the source code.


22. Can MABO Technology use my website for future licensing fees?
No. Once ownership has been transferred, no additional software licensing fees are required from MABO Technology for the delivered website.


23. Are consultation services included?
Yes. Basic website consultation and online marketing consultation are included as part of the service package.


24. What payment methods are accepted?
Payments are processed through secure payment gateways such as PayPal, Stripe, and other approved payment providers.


25. Can MABO Technology provide additional maintenance services after the warranty expires?
Yes. Customers may subscribe to annual maintenance, hosting, and support services after the warranty period ends.
